Polutrajna kobasica punjena u jestivi kolageni ovitak prečnika 198 mm.Površina je crvenosmeđe boje, na presjeku su vidljivi komadići svinjskog mesa i masnog tkiva. Kobasica je namijenjena za pečenje. Sastojci: svinjsko meso 65%, svinjsko masno i vezivno tkivo, voda, so, kalijum hlorid, začini i ekstrakti začina, arome, skrob, emulgator E450, zgušnjivač E412, regulator kiselosti E451, E500 i E326, antioksidans E301 i konzervans E250. Tehnološki postupak proizvodnje obuhvata: pripremu nadjeva, usitnjavanje mesa, miješanje sa začinima, punjenje u ovitak, termičku obradu, hlađenje, vakuumiranje i pakovanje. Rok trajanja proizvoda je 45 dana uz hladni režim čuvanja.Predmetni proizvod je neto težine 440 g i upakovan je u polimernu foliju.
