Prehrambeni proizvod, karakteristicnog mirisa i blago kiselog ukusa, cvrste, homogene konzistencije, pakovan u plasticne caše sa aluminijumskim poklopcem, neto mase od po 150 g, na koje je naštampana proizvodacka deklaracija. Sastav proizvoda cini: pasterizovana, standardizovana pavlaka, protein u prahu, preradevina od maslina i paradajza (masline, koncentrat paradajz pirea, luk, glukozno-fruktozni sirup, so, šecer, modifikovani kukuruzni skrob, origano, arome, regulator kiselosti – limunska kiselina) i jogurtna kultura. Postupak proizvodnje zapocinje dobijanjem standardizovane pavlake (mešanje pasterizovanog obranog mleka sa pasterizovanom pavlakom), u koju se dodaju proteini, nakon cega se vrši homogenizacija i fermentacija pomocu kultura mikroorganizama, na temperaturi od 42 °S do postizanja pH vrednosti od 4,7. Fermentisanom proizvodu se u poslednjoj fazi proizvodnje dodaje preradevina od maslina i paradajza, nakon cega se gotov proizvod razliva u pojedinacna pakovanja. Sadržaj mlecne masnoce u proizvodu iznosi 18,1 %. Rok trajanja proizvoda je 45 dana, ukoliko se cuva na temperaturi od 0 do 8 °C.
