SENDVIČ SALAMA se sastoji od: svinjsko meso so, kalijum hlorid, svinjske bjelančevine, začini i ekstrakti začina, ekstrakt cikle, biljna vlakna, dekstroza, maltodekstrin, arome i arome dima, stabilizator E450, antioksidans E301 i konzervans E250. Fermentirana kobasica napunjena u nejestivi fibrozni ovitak promjera 70mm sa rokom trajanja od 120 dana od datuma proizvodnje. Opis organoleptičkih svojstava: kompaktne konzistencije smeđecrvene boje površine, na presjeku je vidljiv mozaik sastavljen od mesa crvene boje i masnog tkiva bijele boje, okus i miris svojstveni za svježe fermentiranu kobasicu sa blagom aromom dima i začina. Kratak opis tehnološkog postupka proizvodnje: pripremu nadjeva, punjenje u ovitak, fermentacija sušenje i pakovanje u kontroliranoj atmosferi.
