Description

On health of plants; specifies measures and obligations concerning prevention of pest occurrence and spreading on plants, plant products and other regulated items, as well as their eradication; regulates biological protection of plants; specifies collection and exchange of data and information systems; regulates public services in the field of health protection of plants; designates the authorities in charge of the Law implementation; and prescribs penalties concerning non compliance with the provisions of this Law. Provisions of this Law reate to raw plants and parts of raw plans. They do not regulate frozen plants or preserved on any other way.
